Yummy, Yummy Yummy!! via Bite Me Bakery!!!
Over this lovely weekend I visited the Coffee Bar in downtown Toronto to chat with Dayna Alyse Richardson of Bite Me Bakery, she is the creative designer and sweet entrepreneur behind Bite Me Bakery! Her energy and dedication defiantly showed within the set up and entire feel of the event, you can tell she has a true passion for what she does. She was happy to speak with everyone that came in to taste the treats she had to offer, it was great to see! The tasting was from 4-6 on Saturday January 30th, even within the tiny space they had to offer the turn out was amazing!
There were just so many treats to taste!!! The look was beautiful, it was hard to dig in and eat! the first half hour of the tasting nobody wanted to try any of the beautiful baked goods because they did not want to mess with the appeal! Dayna persuaded most to eat some treats because she had plenty more to show us! Walking around speaking to everyone and handing out cupcakes just showed how truly personable but professional Dayna is! Along side her mom the set up and event keep up was just great, they kept refilling all the stations to make sure people would get to try one of every kind of cupcake, pop tart, cookie, donut…. everything imaginable!
Some of the amazing flavours that Dayna had brought to offer her guests and clients to test out were: vanilla bean cake swirled with vanilla buttercream, chocolate cake swirled with hazelnut buttercream, chocolate cake swirled with salted caramel buttercream, vanilla bean cake swirled with coconut buttercream, chocolate chip cake swirled with brown sugar buttercream, red velvet cake swirled with cream cheese buttercream, Chocolate cake with Guinness buttercream, lemon cake with lemon buttercream, red velvet cake pops, cinnamon sugar donuts, coconut cream donuts, toasted donuts, chocolate chip cookies, lemon tarts, chocolate tarts, mini pop tarts (AMAZING AND SO CUTE!!!), chocolate and vanilla mouse cups…. the list goes on and on!!! Everything was amazing, you can truly tell that heart and soul are put into those cupcakes and treats! It was a great experience, Thank you to Dayna and the Bite Me Bakery gang for this lovely opportunity!!
