Cancellation & Refund Policy

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.

If you cancel your reservation two or more hours before the scheduled appointment time, you will receive a credit to reschedule at a later date. Credit must be used within 60 days.

If you cancel your reservation less than two hours before the appointment time, or do not show up, you will be liable for the full value of the booking.

We do not offer refunds.
